It applies to the public search page (this site) and the enquiry form on it — not to SevaFlow's separate login-based portal used by center staff, which has its own account terms.
Using the search itself — picking a service and entering a pincode — doesn't require any personal information and isn't stored against you individually.

An enquiry you send is delivered directly to the specific center you sent it to, so they can contact you back about the service you asked about. It is not shared with any other center, and it is not sold or given to any third party for marketing.

An enquiry stays on record so the center you contacted (and, for the platform's own service quality purposes, SevaFlow) can refer back to it. You can ask for an enquiry you sent to be removed at any time — see the contact details below.
You can browse and search this site without sending an enquiry at all — nothing is collected just from searching. If you've already sent an enquiry and want it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
